VIRTUAL Flat Rate 4+ Kids (Same Family)
Flat Rate for families who need 4+ evaluations.
Service Description
For families with 4 or more children who have the same supervisor or live in the same household. You will need to send materials for review prior to the eval. When you book, please specify the number of evaluations so I can allot the appropriate amount of time to accommodate your family. Call/text to schedule more than 1 hour (>4 kids) 724-413-3351. Virtual Meeting Link: https://meet.google.com/qxd-kcvh-obt You will need to send materials for review prior to the evaluation to buntoneducation@gmail.com. I am required, by law, to do the following: 1. REVIEW the portfolio - for samples of the students work (not just printed grades) and a log designating by title reading materials used. 2. INTERVIEW the student (more of a pleasant conversation) 3. CERTIFY that the child is receiving an “appropriate education". The state defines appropriate as: A. Time required (180 days or 900 elem. hours or 990 secondary hours) B. Subjects required (not how much per year and not all subjects each year) C. Demonstrating sustained progress in the overall program ALSO, if the child is in grade 3, 5, or 8, I am required to review the results of Standardized Testing.
Cancellation Policy
*To cancel or reschedule you have two options. If you create an account you can manage your bookings on your own. Otherwise, please contact me at 724-413-3351. *A 3.9% fee will be added to credit card payments. *You will not be charged this fee if you pay by check or in person. It may still appear during checkout due to a website limitation. *Late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) and no-shows will be required to pay prior to rescheduling a service. *Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis.
