Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you have two options. If you create an account you can manage your bookings on your own. Otherwise, please contact me at 412-518-5773. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) and no-shows will be required to pay prior to rescheduling a service. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis.
